Uzbek partners meet Piia Heinamaki from the European Commission

UZDOC 2.0 partners had a very busy schedule in Brussels on the week of July 8 – 12, which included visits to Doctoral Schools, the Embassy of Uzbekistan to Brussels and a Workshop on Guidelines of the Virtual Doctoral Centre. Amidst all the work, participants also had the opportunity to meet Piia Heinämäki, Project Advisor at the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission.

Piia Heinämäki presented the Erasmus+ opportunities that the Uzbeks can be part of or apply to in the future. This meeting was set having in mind the UZDOC 2.0 is coming to an end but participants have been very eager to further cooperate with European partners in other areas.
